Todd Patterson

Todd Patterson joined IMG Hotels in 2008 and oversees all facets of operations for our portfolio of hotels. Todd has decades of industry experience and is responsible for shaping the people and practices at our hotels, which have helped IMG differentiate from its peers. Prior to joining IMG, Todd held senior leadership roles with multiple Top 50 hotel management companies.

Todd is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He is actively involved in activities supporting Prince William County high school football and youth wrestling teams. Outside of work Todd enjoys hiking, biking, spending time with his family and supporting all Virginia Tech sports teams. Go Hokies!

Cindy Hedges

Cindy Hedges joined IMG Hotels in 2017 and served as the opening General Manager for our SpringHill Suites. She has since transitioned to an above property operations management role. She is instrumental in the budgeting, cost control, and employee engagement initiatives for our hotels. Prior to joining IMG, Cindy held senior management roles at one of the largest hotel management companies in the country, and also spent several years working for Marriott International, Inc.

Cindy serves on the Board of Directors for SAFE(Services to Abused Families) in Culpeper Virginia. She also serves as Chair of Culpeper’s Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Task Force as well as Chair of Culpeper’s Chamber of Commerce Non-Profit Council. Outside of work, Cindy enjoys spending time with family, reading, volunteering, and listening to live music.

Thida Win-Love

Thida Win-Love joined IMG hotels in 2009 and leads the sales and marketing efforts for IMG Hotels. She ensures our hotels maintain brand awareness at a local level and also serves as a liaison with National Accounts as well. Prior to joining IMG, Thida worked in Director of Sales positions for multiple top 50 hotel management companies.

Thida serves on the Tourism Industry Advisory Board for Prince William County, and also serves as Vice Chairman for Virginia Restaurants Lodging Travel Associations(VRLTA) Bull Run Chapter. Thida is a graduate of Georgetown University. When Thida is not busy selling, she enjoys spending her free time with her family and her beloved Alaskan Husky!

niraj patel

Niraj Patel is co-founder and Vice President of IMG Hotels. He oversees the accounting, construction, and project management functions for IMG Hotels. He is instrumental in leading new development projects and ensuring our existing portfolio remains updated through timely renovation projects.

Niraj received his MBA from University of Exeter(UK). Outside of the office, Niraj enjoys spending time with family, and is a cricket and soccer fan.

Nikul Patel is co-founder and Vice President of IMG Hotels. He leads financing, strategy, and corporate management functions for IMG Hotels. He pursues new opportunities for the group and is responsible for leading the overall quantitative and qualitative success of IMG Hotels.

Nikul graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing and holds a Class A contractor’s license from the State of Virginia. Outside of hospitality, Nikul enjoys spending time with his family, running, and reading anything about history. He is also an avid Philadelphia sports fan!

raj patel

Raj Patel is President of IMG Hotels. He first entered the hospitality industry with the acquisition of an independent motel in Asbury Park, NJ in 1977. He purchased larger assets over the years, and eventually built his first hotel, the Hampton Inn in Dumfries Virginia in 2001. Following the success of this project, he developed two additional hotels. This led to the creation of IMG Hotels, to effectively and efficiently manage these assets.

Raj’s educational background is in chemistry and his entrepreneurial spirit has led him to ventures in various industries over his career. These experiences helped create the foundation and core principles which guide IMG Hotels today.
